• To demonstrate the use of PIMS with Apatite II for remediating particulate Pb onsite

• To determine actual field/implementation costs

• To determine degree of regulatory acceptance

• To remediate Pb-contaminated soil at the Camp Stanley Storage Activity (CSSA) and provide the base with an acceptable alternative to off-site disposal or reduce off-site disposal cost through treatment of soil to lesser waste classification.
