- Smoothing and leveling site- Laying liner and geotextile- Applying thin layer of Apatite II, then felt- Mixing contaminated soil with 5% Apatite II- Installing sump and monitoring well- Laying soil on felt- Covering with gravel for monitoring period- Water storage cell for irrigation and recycling- Final cover of soil with wildflowers will be completed after monitoring period
